The FocusDesktop 1.2 runs with ‘Configure Projects’ wizard, where you have to select project type, its related contacts, and finally create the projects. Creating the project, the program opens its relating tab with sub-tabs presenting different features. It’s capable of working with multiple projects at one time, which accompany Documents, Planner, Address Book, To Do List, and Notes tabs. Coming to the basic features, the Documents tab helps categorizing your files and folders to access specific files immediately by clicking the category folder. You can add different type of files to specific category or folder, which further can be opened from the program with ease. Next is the Planner tab, using which you can easily set appointments, events, meetings, etc at specified date and time, and also can set reminder if necessary. Setting each day’s plans, you can select Contacts tab that facilitates importing and adding contacts, whether personal or professional. Last is Notes tab, where you can record your important idea, information, etc. The supportive To Do List column appears at the right side, where you can add and view the list of tasks you have to perform. You can plan your event, appointment, meeting, etc easily using the Calendar feature.
