The software has a pleasant screen that would make you feel good while you do the work. The screen is filled with different decent colors. You can view the list of all the doctors or even find a selected one. The time and date of the appointment is also shown in the middle part of the screen. The calendar on the right side show the four months and also you can scroll to other months. You can set the event to a particular date and can set the reminder. You can choose a starting and ending period for the event. Reception information can be set by entering the patient information, choose the physician and set the time. You can even cancel it any time you like. You can set a new schedule and save the one you made. You can save it directly to a drive or export it to any other file format like html, excel, etc. It has different types of records that you can maintain according to your need. You can set the records with Home, Vertical Line and Horizontal Line. You can enable it on Window Startup or set it to minimize on startup. There’s also resources layout editor and the groups can be sorted by date, physicians or none. The schedule can be kept secret by putting a password to it and lock it. Store a backup file so that you don’t miss your records.

The help file would let you to work better and maintain the things in a better way. Though it takes time for downloading it is worth to own.
