The application would manage contact details and print out the same if needed. You can get envelopes printed or get mailing labels printed. Managing a direct mailing thus would be quite easy. The included master editor would let you store details of a person, details of a company, employ details and organization particulars and contact person details. Several listing options are available. You can query, print or export the collected details. These can be saved after preview. User management functionalities will let you control user access to various levels of data. Creating users and their access privileges are part of the management functionality.

Printing of envelopes or mailing labels is an option. You get this done from the mailing list for the mail campaign created in the editor. This can be created from the company details database you have. The contact person’s name and address details are there on the list already. You would be able to store all the details about every division and branch of client company. Export listings can be exported in several formats. These include PDF, XLS, DOC and RTF formats.

Overall: This appears to be just for managing direct mailings. Most of the other functionality can be found on any word processors.
