OrgScheduler 1+1 is a low cost network solution for sharing central planner simultaneously with everyone in your workgroup. The common calendar updated by everyone in the work group.

Pros: OrgScheduler lets a central calendar to be shared by members of a work group. Lets every member access to the planner and update/modification rights according to security rights access set up by the administrator. This workgroup can be completely distributed on the local network or even globally through the internet. Network alarms can be set to alert everyone involved to specific events, such as a meeting in real-time.

The application is built on the interface options introduced in outlook. It imports data from the outlook and is able to export to Outlook, Excel, to text/HTML/XML file formats. Outlook appointments/engagements calendar is extended with a range of options to make it more effective. Several time display modes are available and are locally selectable. Close to 150 coloring options of the events give you an indication of the type and importance of the event scheduled. It is possible to add automatic hints that display the event’s start and end times together with a caption. Several styles of look and feel are available as are recurrence control of these events. In fact the whole calendar can be formatted according to local settings to suit the user’s preference or convenience.

The resource navigator, new date navigator, comprehensive set of reminders can be customized. A mechanism to share events between arbitrary number of resources is also available. Several view, day/week/month/quarter or year of the calendar is available as are several report generation features.

Cons: There are no problematic issues that we could see.

Overall: A well designed, easy to use application a clear candidate for 4 star rating.
