This is a complete calendar/scheduling system, enables browsing of several plans for any entity such as an individual or office location, etc, simultaneously. It is possible to have multiple look and feel options and layouts.

Pros: This application is a calendar cum scheduling system. This lets the user to browse several plans for any entity. The entity could be an individual or a location involving a team. Several views of each plan is possible. Options start with two views of the timeline, a horizontal timeline or a vertical timeline. Resources can be properly labeled so there would not be any confusion about human resource or departments to be assigned.

It features different time display options in the day view, 149 event coloring types to indicate an event`s kind and importance, automatic hints that display an event`s start and end time together with its caption, multiple look and feel styles and event recurrence control. Other significant resources are customizable resource navigator, new date navigator, a comprehensive reminder, control over the events overlapping and a mechanism for sharing events between an arbitrary number of different resources.

Of the many types of views, besides the two timeline views; Day, Week, Month, Quarter, Year, All Days or Work Days only and vertical, horizontal timeline views are possible. It is possible to have regional settings in the calendar. E-mail and/or DMD reminders can go out automatically to team members or family members- any one sharing the activities. Same can be done for invitations to participate. Print Designer system enables to you to design and print elegant reports. All of this is protected through a well encrypted password. Need for back up and restore also can be managed.

The user interaction is built on the lines of the familiar Outlook interface. That provides a immediate familiarity and makes it easy to use. Import of data from the Outlook as well as .OCF files are possible. Similarly data could be exported to Excel, Outlook, text, html and XML as well as .OCF are possible. Export of all dates or a few selected dates can be done.

Cons: No negatives noticed.

Overall: This package adds functionality significantly above those of Outlook. Quite easy to use and easy to learn this is good for 4 stars.
