It is a database management system that helps you to organize, track, and manage all kinds of issues including project issues, customer service issues, help desk issues, etc. Databases used for the tracking included are issues, personnel, and a log database that help track these items. Between them, they are able to catalogue, manage and track all issues, manage personnel data and tracking of all activities. The tool offers a set of database templates that can let you define your database needs. Standard records viewers let you easily enter and modify issue records, or quickly generate data specific commands. Browser Viewer allows you to view data in virtually any way that suits you.
Report, label and a HTML generator wizard let you create professional documents, issue reports, summaries, issue Web pages, labels with color and graphics. To add to the flexibility of your processing needs the program has some features that facilitate that. These include import of data from text, excel, and other formats, searching of data by any field and also sorting of data by any field. User defined data fields are also possible. Unlimited number of records organized in unlimited databases is allowed. A database designer lets you modify the database templates. This gives you quite a flexible tool. You’ll need some understanding and expertise to set things up so that operational people can manage the issues. Other than that, using it is quite simple.
