     Project Planner is a powerful application that lets you manage projects and track various issues. Although the program is client-based and requires a server application to run properly, this Personal Edition is freeware and works on a standalone computer. It can be used by project managers, HR managers etc. for evaluation as it has all the features of the more serious editions like user access restriction and workgroup features.
