Pros: Senomix Timesheets is timesheet software for engineering and project-based offices and can be used by a team over a network. Senomix`s user interface lets employees register their time in as detailed or general a manner as required and collects your company’s timesheet, billing and project status information on one computer for easy reference. Individual users are able to book time to active projects with simple click of the mouse for billing centrally or project progress analysis. Senomix Timesheets` simple structure enables a user to log on and register their work hours within a minute of effort.
Project status, timesheet, billing and invoice reports allow you to keep on top of your team’s current work in progress, with archived timesheet information available for reference when constructing schedules and effort estimates.
Once the effort data, billing details and the work in progress data are available; as also the capabilities to export to databases as well as accounting software like QuickBooks, MYOB and Peachtree it is well to integrate the payroll, billing and other accounting functions too.
The application is organized as a client server set up. Clients can be distributed all over the corporate network. The server part can be actually located in the workgroup server or any suitable machine, the project supervisor’s machine for example. Set of report that are available make the assessment and analysis of time and effort spent as well as effort required can be assessed easily. The interfaces for the report module as well as time sheet modules are very easy to use and very little learning efforts are required. The admin module is equally easy and is for the use of the administrator only.
