You could also set a rate and the program will calculate the billing amount. You can create professional invoices easily from the data created. Time to be billed can be set to be rounded up to the nearest 5, 10, 15, 30 or 60 minutes. The invoice format can be set to be PDF, the common format to exchange such documents.

The reporting functionality will let you see the customer on whose project you are making the most money, your average hourly rate, project`s completion status and how good is your time utilization.
