TimeSage Timesheets software is a time tracking tool. You are able to enter start and stop times of different tasks through a clock without having to enter the time manually. The utility should make creation of time-sheets of employee and project management for jobs easy. The tool is able to detect time collisions when the employee enters the start and end times and other editing on the time sheet. An employee is able to maintain multiple time sheets simultaneously. When time is entered automatically the tool will recognize when the clock entry shortcuts represents time spanning multiple days or rollover at midnight. The tool can be configured to run from the system tray and keyboard shortcuts can let you open the time sheet or the start/stop clock tool.

The interface makes it all easy to work with. It is intuitive enough to let you create/maintain/edit the time sheets much as adding/deleting rows in Excel sheets. Even though the time entries can be easily done, other details may have to be entered manually. Though the entry time and exit time from a task can be as simple as a single click, it would have been nice if one were able to specify the task he has started working on and these times are captured automatically. The existing arrangement takes care of other work the employee may be doing, not on the computer too by just capturing only the time set by the worker. Being accessible to project leaders/ managers would be more beneficial. Web access is another feature that would have added value. Quite a useful tool for capturing time utilization on tasks.
