Pros: Personal Stock Monitor Gold is desktop application. It lets you manage your stock portfolio quite easily. You are able to trade securities from the privacy of your personal machine. You can trade in stocks, bonds, ETFs, options and mutual funds. Monitor the movement of prices on all of your holdings on all the major securities markets of the world. Do technical analysis using charts that support candle, line and OHLC types. Other charts include chart annotations; asset allocation charts; watch-lists. The built in library of 33 technical analysis indicators that include SMA, MACD, RSI, Money Flow, Bollinger Bands, Momentum, among others.

Transaction register maintains buy, sell, dividend, reinvested dividend, share transfers, return of capital, sell short, buy to cover and split transaction types; options chains retrieval and live trading for US securities through supported brokerage partners. You want to check on your portfolio worth, quickly check unrealized gain or loss calculations on a lot by lot, ticker and portfolio basis; capital gains reports.
