Pros: Agenda Pro is a agenda management software. It provides agenda management, to do list, memos and contacts information management functions. What the author probably means is this is appointments management software. Additional functionalities of contact management and a memo management are provided. The memo management module is like a notes management piece. Import & export of contact details are available.

Minimum system resources are used by the application. The interface is simple and easy to use. Status of various items could be changed through a pop up screen that has control for changes of all the parameters.

Cons: Messages & annotations used in the application could be confusing. They have more to do with cultural differences, I guess. Can be confusing all the same and can slow you down in your work. One cannot but ask the question if this application provides any additional value compared to something available with packages like Outlook.

The memo functionality is more like notes to oneself and the contacts tab gives you functionality of adding contact details of people. Contacts functionality with the to do or the appointments list do make some sense (for those people whom you meet during appointments) but generally it is out of place.

Overall: Though easy to operate and learn, the functionality is a little misdirected. Overall rating is thus 3 stars only.
