This tool is used for filling timesheet automatically. It records clock in and clock out time each workday. It calculates total amount of time user / operator worked each day and each week. It also allows manual editing if required. Weekly or bi-weekly reports can be created.

Features: Automatic timesheet is a windows application designed to record accurate time with minimum efforts. It is a simple tool, divided into two parts on the single user screen. Upper part is to record log-in and log-out time (first in and last out) for each working day on the computer where this program is installed. It allows user to disable the automatic time record and make the entry manual as well. User can edit the log-in and log-out time, can enter lunch time and also have provision to record vacation, holiday etc. This is used for pay calculation. It has facility to configure the first day of the week, default time for lunch, rounding off option for the recorded time.

Lower part is a pay calculator to calculate the total pay. Application provides some default description like “Base Pay", "Overtime pay" "Double Time Pay" and "Bonus". User can change the description name as per his requirement. It has facility to view and print the pay calculation report. It also creates comma delimited reports that can be used to import the timesheet data into a spreadsheet or database.

Overall: It is a simple tool to record time and calculate total pay but not adding more value to the user because of it’s flexibility to modify recorded time.
