I love Beatnik Internet Clock. It sits up in the top right corner of my monitor and gives me the date and time to the exact second anytime I want it. I download it every time I get a new computer. Some of the skins are too weird to be practical, but the default one is brilliant. Right-click it to set it the way you want.
