This package offers conversion functionality for units in Temperature, Distance, Mass, Area, Volume, Pressure, Velocity, Acceleration, Force, Energy, Power, Fuel Consumption, Flow, Torque, Angles, Time, Illumination, Luminous Intensity, Luminance, Luminous Flux, Density, Angular Velocity, Angular Acceleration, Computer Storage, Data Rates, Dynamic Viscosity, Kinematics, Viscosity, Electric Charge, Electric Current and Radioactivity. It is optimized for Windows XP/Vista in 800x600 pixels and 32-bit color. Works well with Windows Vista too. Additional facility available on registration is the availability of a portable version that executes in a removable drive and can be taken anywhere. PDF conversion is available built-in as a help to professional documentation. The interface is simple enough where the value of the unit to be converted and the input unit and target unit are specified though the simply entry method. A list on the left specifies the categories of the unit that you are going to choose from. The log display area logs the result of the conversion with the right units attached to the results.
Cons: One can always crib about why some selections are not included but the coverage is quite wide.
Overall: With a very simple interface particularly with and unambiguous results display and its wide range of coverage this is a candidate for 4 stars.
