The built-in "Currency Exchanger" enables you to convert amounts of money from a country's currency into another country's currency. Globex's built-in "World Clock" displays the time in major cities from around the world. Globex takes into consideration DST (daylight savings time) adjustments for time zones that observe DST.



The "Measurement Converter", allows you to convert between different units of measurement (metric, US, Imperial English), from 5 categories (length, weight, area, volume, and temperature). The "Country Info Browser" included, shows country telephone prefixes, e-mail suffixes, and various other ISO codes for any country in the world.



The latest currency exchange rates can be updated automatically from the Internet at the user's request. Globex has been awarded 5 stars on the Tucows site, and at other sites.
