Text extraction can be done in a batch when the text extracted from individual files is stored into unique files. You can choose to have all of them stored in the same file too.
There`s a command line option available where the conversion commands can be executed from the command prompt directly. This is a open source product and is available for use. The text extracting feature is handled by the PDF Creator Pilot library. Placing an image, using elements like lines, arcs, circle etc are possible.
