Auto Text is an automatic typing programme which increases the speed of your typing by automatically inserting frequently used syntactical parts within your writing. It is possible to customize this program by creating a whole range of commonly used words or phrases and assigning a letter or a word to signify these phrases which then can be easily inserted into something you are writing as per requirement by referring to these keywords or letters. This can effectively reduce a whole sentence (or even a paragraph) to a couple of letters. Thus, you can assign the keyword "pr" in place of the sentence "Please reply as soon as possible" and when you type those two letters Auto Text will insert the whole sentence.
