Pros: CenoPDF application is add on to MS Office and Publisher. It helps create, edit, convert to PDF and save files in PDF format. Features that can be created in these fillable forms are text boxes, check boxes, radio buttons, annotations, push buttons, signature boxes and JavaScript. Annotations like free text, link, mark up, notes, squares and circles can be added too. Managing the fields introduced or changing their tab orders can be done easily. There’s a choice of fonts for creating all the text.
The functionalities are seamlessly integrated with the Word or Publisher, the menus and controls are just extensions of the basic functionality of the platform and best of all there’s no need for Acrobat tools to do these. Creating, editing, saving and export to PDF are possible within WORD/Publisher. Most types of fillable form fields are supported. One could export to PDF files from MS Excel or PowerPoint. With the required fields data in a database or excel a batch of forms also can be created.
The menu extension covers the functionalities quite well and is arranged logically. On line help documentation is good and very useful. There is an extensive and well written user manual available. Installation worked without any hitch and the functionalities appear in the parent applications without a hitch.
Cons: Nothing adverse noticed. No problems at all.
Overall: A very useful application, well integrated into the MS Word, easy to use and easy to learn. This is a true 5 star package.
