CenoPDF is a Microsoft Office add-in that helps users edit, save, convert and create PDF forms, that can be filled, with text box, check box etc. directly in Microsoft Word or Publisher. Batch creation of PDF form from database or Excel also is possible.
The functionalities are seamlessly integrated with the Word or Publisher, the menus and controls are just extensions of the basic functionality of the platform and best of all there’s no need for Acrobat tools to do these. Creating, editing, saving and export to PDF are possible within WORD/Publisher. Most types of fillable form fields are supported. One could export to PDF files from MS Excel or PowerPoint. With the required fields data in a database or excel a batch of forms also can be created.
The menu extension covers the functionalities quite well and is arranged logically. On line help documentation is good and very useful. There is an extensive and well written user manual available. Installation worked without any hitch and the functionalities appear in the parent applications without a hitch.
Cons: Nothing adverse noticed. No problems at all.
Overall: A very useful application, well integrated into the MS Word, easy to use and easy to learn. This is a true 5 star package.
