Are you ever hiring someone, or designing teams, and think, “Is this really going to work?” TeamsOnFire objectively analyzes your company`s needs, and employee options and recommends whom to pick and where to place them for best productivity.
Pros: Quite often getting the right people into a team is the most crucial factor in the success of that team. If personnel are being hired from outside the key question is if he is the best option. When allocating team members you always worry about if the given composition would bring out the right chemistry for a high performance team. It is not easy to consider the various factors about each of these people and make decision on the suitability of any one. This application can analyze the needs of the organization on the one hand and available options in terms of employees available and team options.
It then strategically recommends the right employees to pick, and where to place them, for maximum productivity and morale. To do that it works by looking at every employee or team for the personality and skills you need, up to 20 attributes for each employee. It tries to maximize strengths and compatibility, while minimizing weaknesses. It is easy to learn and operate and you are able to find quality personnel very quickly. The analysis is completely customizable you decide the attributes to be considered. Besides a built-in simulator lets you try out solutions and confirm if the settings are correct. You are then able to suggest quality new employees, match an employee with a specific job, populate project teams, add compatible employee for an existing team and evaluate employee or team ideas.
Cons: Do remember that when it comes to people there are no mathematics that applies completely. Even though this appears to give you the impression that you get very high precision, do remember that the attributes of a person that is used for analysis is assessed by human beings and they are no precise numbers.
Overall: Nice attempt at trying to make objective process out of an essentially subjective situation. Nicely organized and can be set up easily. This rates a 3 star easily.
