SmartIMF Manager for Exchange

This is a content filtering/spam filter tool for MS Exchange.

This tool will easily manage Microsoft Exchange Intelligent Message Filter (IMF) Content Filter Agent Spam Archive. SmartIMF Manager helps your organization take control of your Microsoft Exchange Intelligent Message Filter (IMF) and Exchange 2007+ Anti-Spam Agents. Microsoft Exchange already has a world-class anti-spam engine based on SmartScreen technology. This tool helps utilise those capabilities effectively rather than depending on another spam filter. SmartIMF Manager helps you unlock the full potential of your Exchange Server. With this tool, the SmartIMF Manager in place, administrators will be able to view, delete or forward filtered messages to recipients. Users are able to create “whitelists” that will tell the filter to release the mail pieces the users are ready to accept. The filter will delete automatically messages based on age and SCL.

The tool provides effective full message searches through filters, decoding and filtering by Active Directory users. This utility also lets daily digests to be created of the content held back. The user then can view, release and whitelist their own messages, with control over the sorting and limiting by SCL. For a quick update of the white list, you could import the lists you have been using already and import them via TXT/CSV files. This program can support high volume of spam content, up to 10,000 or more. It decodes and displays correctly all headers that adhere to the RFC2047. It is able to display the raw codepage too when displaying the raw messages. This could be very useful to Exchange administrators.
