Less than one star. I wish there was an option for "ruins hard drive". I downloaded the purchased version of Spy Soap to my laptop directly. Before the download was halfway done, my laptop crashed. A black screen came up and I had to restart. It would not restart. I could not even restart it in Safe Mode. The Emetrix people (who I paid) told me that for "technical assistance", I must contact Spy Soap directly. I am waiting to see if I at least get my money back. Of course, I cannot get my money back based on the fact that the Spy Soap software ruined my otherwise fine laptop, but I must attempt to get it back under the point that I couldn`t use the software. If you want to try Spy Soap, go ahead. Keep me in mind, as I sit here and type on a new laptop. Even if I take it to the computer repair guy, it will take around 100 dollars to have it set back up. If I can`t even get the lousy thirty dollars back, why spend another 100. Buyer beware.
