With this software the user can organize their email subscriptions. The program can be used with any database system as it allows the user to import recipient data from any file format. Based on these recipient databases, templates are generated which may be used as personalized messages. Thematic mailing lists maybe created in mailing groups. Email messages can be sent in three different formats, namely, plain text, HTML and EML. EML helps the user to send messages which are colored and have embedded graphics. These are generated in the Outlook Express and the recipient views the message exactly as the sender views it. The program has a user friendly and simple interface and most functions can be performed by using hot keys on the keyboard.
