ALMS-Auto Large Mail Sender is bulk mailing software to send large quantity of emails to your friends, relatives, business contacts etc. In business you need to send mails to your clients and vendor on product, service updates, send news letter or send product promotional mail. Using this application you can send mail in plain text, HTML format with attachment as well. It also supports backup, compress and restore data file.

You need to follow simple steps to send bulk mails. In the first step configure SMTP information. Click on add button to add new SMTP sender information such as sender email, sender name, SMTP server, Port, username and password. Once you enter relevant information then test for connection. You can also modify / delete existing accounts. Application allows you to manage emails groups and email address. You can add / modify / delete email groups as per your requirement. Application allows you to add email address by providing all the relevant information such as name, address, contact information, email address etc and has facility to edit / delete email address. Application provides you functionality to import the email address. Click on new email button, new window will populate to send an email. You can add mail content as plain text or HTML email. You can also add an attachment which your email. Application allows you to save email and send email.

Overall: It is very good software to send bulk emails. You can also backup, compress and restore data file. Be aware though of the SPAM requirements.
