This application helps you send out very large volumes of mails, mails that you will typically send out for a marketing campaign. Lower volumes are obviously no problems at all. The mails could be in plain text or HTML formats. To get around the spam problem, you could send the mails as inline HTML. In this format, all the graphics are in the email itself. These mails are then not likely to be thrown out as spam. The lists to which you do the mailing can be very large, several millions if you need to. The interface is straightforward and it will be easy to get used to. You have several tabs on the main screen. These include the email sending page, an attachments page, a settings page, test page and a tab on which the mails are actually sent out.
You can have the mail dispatch scheduled and the dispatch could be direct or through mail servers. The tool will use SMTP authentication. Progress bars indicate how the mail sending is happening. Relevant stats are displayed and the time remaining also is indicated. Settings page lets you select if you want plain text or HTML, how many threads are to be used, time outs and if mail servers are to be used etc. The program is multi-threaded so that when the processor resource can handle multiple threads in parallel, you can expect to see significant performance improvement. Each campaign can be organized as a project which can be saved and restarted later on.
