Super Email Sender is a professional high speed bulk email direct sender program. It is ideal for newsletters, targeted marketing, and keeping in touch with clients.
Pros: This is an application that can send a huge number of e-mails given a list of addresses. Typically this is a text file. While this can be set up manually, the whole purpose would be defeated. The text file could be a list generated by e-mail extractor/ spiders that can dig out e-mail from popular search engines for a given keyword.
This saves a lot of time compared to if one was to make out the list of prospects manually. That can still be done, particularly for keeping in touch with clients; that being a smaller list. That part of the job can still be handled through group address features of traditional mail programs such as Outlook/Outlook express. What this program does is the productivity gain in contacting the initial cold call list. Addresses to be excluded can be given to the program before start of the process.
To enhance this productivity gain the program is a standalone mail program by itself and does not need to go through a SMTP server available with the ISP. Additionally the number of threads being used by the program, which is set at default number 10, can be increased to make it go faster. CPU horsepower has to be available on your machine of course. Performance at 50,000 e-mails per hour is claimed for the application.
One could look at the status page to see what’s happening with the process. Log is viewable in two parts. One where any mail bouncing is indicated with corresponding error message, on the second part current address being handled and how the threads doing are indicated. The fairly well designed interface is easy to use and intuitive.
Cons: Cold call equivalent of e-mails always have an ethical angle. Un solicited e-mails are hardly liked by anyone. But then, that is the responsibility of the sender to be careful about the issue. If one is able to come up with a sanitized list, this application would do the job of sending out the mails as quickly as possible.
Overall this application is a 4 star candidate.
