PopScan is a feature rich program offering almost any convenience you may need in a POP mail monitor. It can monitor multiple servers and multiple accounts on each server. Powerful SPAM removal features ensure your email is clean and the trash is tossed. You needn’t worry about it clogging up your interface as it runs in the system tray plus it won’t hog your resources. It can run your email program on detection of new mail, preview content, and customize sounds.

PopScan is as simple to use as it is powerful. A right-click on its tray icon will pull up any option you need to configure and it will notify you via an audible sound or via the tray if you receive a new mail. It is as convenient as MSN’s Hotmail monitoring within its Messenger Service. Now you won’t have to open Outlook every 5 minutes to check for a new mail because you will know the instant one arrives. PopScan is the ultimate in memory-saving, convenient mail monitoring.

PopScan is a nifty little tool. I can already tell I will be using it quite frequently. If you have a website that does sales with notifications via email and are always looking at your email every 10 minutes, install this software and go watch some TV. You will be MUCH more relaxed.
