Are you feeling impatient because you need to rearrange you messages in your outlook folders just because they are saved first and opened for reading later. Mail Agent is just for you. You can use it with your MS Outlook express and see the difference. It makes all the emails from Inbox and sent items folder for you to read first and then saves them in Outlook folder as you choose. This saves you lot of time in rearranging these messages in different folders of Outlook. It also allow you to process the attachment files first and then save them. This makes you alert of spam and allow you to discard spam from your outlook and hence save your system. This application works fantastically with Microsoft Outlook’s 97 and 98 versions but is not for the older versions. It does not filter spam and virus from genuine messages and so leaves a risk at the time of email transfer. This is the biggest drawback.
