VersaForward Email Forwarder is THE tool to use to forward important filtered emails to the users’ mobile or any other email account as specified by the user and keeps aside the spam messages protecting the spread of viruses.

The user can give criteria’s like email addresses, message contents and the contact list from the applications like Outlook to create the white (filtered) list of messages. It then forwards these messages to the specified mobile, pager, or the email account. The specialty of this tool is its memory savings by reducing the message to smaller size by truncating the unwanted characters and words to their contracted form. It still maintains the necessary details like To, From, Cc, subject and attachments to make the reply easier. While sending to mobiles of pagers it truncates the attachments and shortens the message but on sending to other email account it sends the complete message as it is and this can be designed by user as per his requirements.
