Text Lightning is an add-in to Microsoft outlook program. We do send reply to many mails everyday; at least 40% of business mail replies are same with little changes. Text Lightning software helps you to respond faster to the received mail, it gives you instant access to the text you have used to reply to similar messages in the past.

Features: The application has a setup wizard, it prompts you to enter your details so that these details will be available for use in your quick text. In salutation you can set when recipient name is known and if it is unknown say Dear Sir / Madam. You can specify the product list, if you have multiple products, then it would be helpful to create relevant response and quick text. In the next step add quick text snippets of text that you commonly type or files that you frequently attach. They are available as an option toolbar when creating your message in outlook. You can import existing text snippet as new quick text item.

The application allows you to customize your Text Templates with Fields. You can search all your past responses to a message or contact. Archive messages to your favorite folder with a single click. The tool will give you a warning whenever you need to attach a file but forgot to do so. Application can dynamically read text and HTML files, and also data from the Registry or an INI file. You can also launch other programs directly from Outlook passing required details.

Overall: It is a nice add-in to speed-up your email response speed and improves quality of response.
