AA Bulk Mailer, is a bulk mailing software. Using this software you can send personalized mails to your prospective customer, subscriber etc. to notify product update, send newsletter and any communication. It has its own built in SMTP server and can deliver email messages directly to your recipients. It supports rich-text HTML, plain text, and multipart messages.

Features: The application is nicely designed for mass mailing. Application wizard helps you to configure your email setting; you need to follow instruction wizard to complete your configuration.

To start configuration setting, first create mailing account, which will be used to deliver email message. In the next step enter sender`s details like Sender`s Name, Sender`s Email Address, Reply To, SMTP Hello string; this information will be encoded into message. Moving to next step, Configure a SMTP relay account to deliver email messages. Configuration requires details such as SMTP Mailbox, SMTP Server Address, SMTP Port, Login account, Password etc., you can also configure advanced parameters for mailing account like Max connection, Bounced to Mailbox, When failed retry, Times after specified minutes and Pause every specified messaged for set time. Once all the settings are done, you can compose message. It has four Tabs as HTML message, you can create HTML message or import message from the file. With mail setting option you can set option as require read receipt, require delivery receipt, and attach attachment with the mail. Under Job property specify Job Name, Thread Number, Unsubscribe mailbox, subscribe mailbox etc. Application generates mailing report containing Job name, status percentage for succeeded, failed, skipped and unsent. Application supports popular databases such as Access, Excel, SQL Server, MySQL, etc.

Overall: It is a good bulk mailing software supports all the functions / features of any mail client. Be aware of SPAM issues though.
