I have been using this tool for about a week and it has revolutionized the organization of my Inbox. Set up is relatively easy - it takes time to define the rules - but once set, daily use is one click and the entire Inbox is neatly filed. You can define a "Not Sorted" folder for all those misc. messages that don`t deserve their own folder. There are a few minor improvements I would like to have (hence 4 out of 5) but nothing major. It is superior to anything else like it I have seen. And communication with the author is easy and responsive - for help or suggestions. Finally, it is cheap for the utility it provides.
