     Do you manage a mailing list or regularly send out emails to a number of recipients, say, to your business partners or clients? Then what you need is Group Mail Free.
     Group Mail Free is a powerful application that lets you manage an unlimited number of lists with as many recipients in each as you like. To send out messages, you'll have to use your ISP mail server and the number of messages sent out in one session is limited to 100. So that makes the utility ideal for occasional mailings to a modest quantity of users/partners. The tool supports file attachments and lets you compose and send out professional-looking HTML messages. The recipients database deserves all the praise it can get - you can store a variety of data about every user. You can also import recipients from address books - say, Outlook Express.
     There are two other, more powerful versions of Group Mail family: Group Mail Pro and Group Mail Plus, but these are shareware. Download the free utility today and enjoy painless mailing list management.
