Print Tools for Outlook is the application tool that can be added to your Microsoft Outlook for printing the emails that you receive or send. You can also print the attachments to your emails both along with the message and separately. And the best thing is that you don’t even have to open them. You can even print the RAR and ZIP attachment from your mail box directly. For this you can set this application to both manual and automatic mode as per your need. For Automatic mode you only have a few options but in manual mode you can print as you wish to. The messages in this application are printed in a similar fashion to that in outlook printing. For plug-ins also you don’t have to work like you need to convert HTML files to RTF or TXT files when you print directly from Outlook. Print Tools for Outlook 1.7.6 is compatible to Microsoft Outlook 2000, 2002/XP, 2003 and 2007 versions.
