Email Charger is a standalone bulk emailing software. Using this software you can send personalized email instead of sending generic mail. You can create and send automated newsletters and ad campaigns. Application supports various types of files to load the data such as Text File, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft SQL Server or MySQL Database etc.
Features: The application has a very nice user interface. Menus and Icons are nicely arranged considering the usability from user’s perspective. First you need to perform setting for email account and general settings. Application allows you to perform settings for the application, project, personal, SMTP server, proxy server and mailing. In the application you can select language as English or Russian and other startup settings. Enter personal information like name, company, email id and reply to. Enter SMTP server and port number; enter user name and password for server authentication. You can set proxy server information like server IP address, port, type and authentication.
With mailing options you can set pause between messages, timeout, threads etc. You also need to perform data table settings to send bulk emails. Select data source type from the available list and as per your selection of data source, you need to specify details. You can import and export data from one available data source to other data source format. Create message using in-built editor, you can insert links, images, table etc. You can use script and insert data field and custom fields and compile the script. It has filtering option; you can filter data and send email based on complex criteria.
