You can send voice mail using VoiceMailer. VoiceMailer is a tool to send and received voice messages. It is windows based standalone utility.

Features: The application has simple user interface, you can perform all operations from a single screen. Anyone can effectively use this tool. Tool has five tabs to manage all send and receive voice mail. A profile tab allows you to enter user information such as name and email address. Application allows you to set an email account by providing necessary information to send an email. Specify incoming Mail POP3 and outgoing SMTP server details with port number. Enter incoming mail server account name and password.

Go to contact tab and add email address to the list, you need to enter name, email address and you can add an image if your wish to add. You can also edit and delete existing email addresses. Click on send button to send an email to selected names. In incoming tab you can see all the received emails with details like sender’s name, subject and date. Select an email to listen to voice mail, you can delete and reply. Outgoing tab allows you to specify recipient`s address, subject and start recording, stop recording, pre-listen the recorded one and click on send button to send voice mail. This utility has major drawback it is not running well, when you click on some of the menu items the application closes.

Overall: This is a utility to crate and send voice messages. Utility closes randomly while performing operations.
