WebSyndication Mail Merge Module is useful to create and send bulk personalized emails. You can also send an attachment along with your mail message. To perform this operation, it is mandatory to create excel file containing email address and person’s name for mail merging.
Features: Application is nicely designed and has a very simple user interface. You need to configure Mail Merge and Email Setting to start sending bulk emails.
Select Microsoft Excel file where all your email address and name of the person are available. Select email template file for you body message or message content. If your excel file is having many sheets then you need to select appropriate spreadsheet to be use for email address from the drop down list. Enter Subject for your email message, from email address, campaign name. Google Analytics can be used for email campaign tracking. Enter the name of Google Analytics and the necessary Google Analytics parameters will be added automatically to all the links in your email when you click `Start Mail Merge` button. For Email settings you need to specify SMTP server, email user name, email password, use SSL, specify sending delay in milliseconds, check option for embed images inline. Once all settings are done then click on `Start Mail Merge` all the information will be collected from excel file like name and emails address, and attachment from the define location and message will be created and send to the recipient.
Overall: This is very nice and useful utility to send bulk personalize emails.
