Having witnessed the massive success enjoyed by Brickquest - one of the hottest names in the small scale combat/adventure genre, Unik Games - the company responsible for introducing Brickquest, released the second edition of the scary adventure game within a comparatively much smaller duration of time. Unik Games is known for dishing out some quality titles throughout its short period of existence - Brickquest being one of the most established and sought after products from the company. So, when Brickquest 2 finally came, expectations were obviously high. Luckily for the fan boys, the game did not prove to be a disappointment as predicted by many. In fact many went as far as saying that it was actually better than the original Brickquest on many fronts.

Upon being launched, Brickquest 2.1.0 opens up with more or less the same sort of interface as we got to see in the earlier edition of the game. The graphics quality has improved to some extent, and the soundtrack is scarier than ever. In fact, some of you might need to press the mute button before going ahead with the game. The controls are also the same as the earlier version of Brickquest. However, the missions, as well as the overall gameplay has become way more scarier than it was in the original Brickquest. In the new edition of the game, you need to set out on an extensive adventure, covering 16 different locations including (like it or not) scary ruins, ancient temples, caves etc. The game comes in three different languages - English, French as well as Spanish. The price, which stands at somewhere around $18, could prove to be a repulsive factor for many though.

To conclude with, Brickquest 2.1.0 is a pretty entertaining (and scary) game that has all the potential to keep you engaged for over a long duration of time. Hence it gets a score of four and a half rating points on the scale of five.
