A new germ has been developed through genetic engineering. Its purpose was for biological warfare, however, the scientists underestimated the effects of the germ, and tested it on unknowing victims. These people became sick within hours, and were dead after 24 hours. No vaccine was made. The heroic Dr Goo has volunteered to collect the required substances to make a vaccine.
