If you are one of those casual gamers who has a soft corner for games that do not involve any violence, bloodshed, car racing etc., Life Turns 1.2 could be one game that you will thoroughly enjoy. Yes, its one of those games that has the potential to keep you engaged for hours - and yes, there is hardly any chance that you will get bored even though there are certain limitations that indeed affect its overall gameplay. The title is yet another offering from Falcoware who have been dishing out numerous titles to lure the fan boys of small-scale casual titles, Life Turns 1.2 being another relatively new entry into the block.
As mentioned already, Life Turn is a small scale casual game, and quite expectantly not too much emphasis has been put on its graphics. But then again, itís not that poor either- more than good enough to sustain your interest for hours. The controls are also fairly simple, and have been designed keeping in mind the technological aptitude of even the most inexperienced user. The story goes like this- the main character in the game is a young boy who has been in a wheelchair for the most part of his life. But on one fine day something good happens to him- something rather dramatically good. His new avatar is empowered with skills that no other mortal has. He can do things now that he never even imagined of doing. And its your task to fit into his shoes and make him explore the whole world around him. The total number of levels in the game is 20, while there are 12 bonus levels as well. The soundtrack could have been a bit better though if developers have given it more thought!
Overall, quite a nice game to kill your leisure time with. Certainly deserves no less than a score of three and a half rating point for its neat graphics and ease of play.
