     Optimal Desktop is a powerful application that encloses in itself, at a first glance, a web browser, a file manager and a desktop enchancer. The tool is basically a world in itself - once you start it, you don't have to leave it for opening a file or visiting a website - open it directly from Optimal Desktop and save your time. The interface of the program is fully customizable - you can create as many toolbars as you like and place them anywhere, thus making it possible to reach important documents, programs or web locations in just a few clicks.
     What's more, there can be several 'states' of the program and you can switch between them with a hotkey combination. There are skins - you can design them yourself as well as develop new interface elements. This tool is a great DIY-desktop that lets you forget about the irregularities of the standard Windows interface and build a whole new desktop that is fun and easy to work with.
