In calendar, you can add an event like sitting or appointment. Select if the client exists or you can add if client is new. You can set a time, select resource, set reminder, enter fee charged, write message, enter any required information, enter additional details, comments and recommendation, you can also set recurrence events. In the Events, you can see the list of all events planned with all the details on single view, application allows you to edit / delete or create new event from this section. Application has synchronization feature, it allows you to export to outlook, import from outlook and synchronize with outlook. You can export your data to Excel, text, HTML and XML format. It allows you to create a backup copy of current database and restore the current database from backup copy. For auto backup you need to specify time to take auto backup, set an option to remove backup file older than specified days. Set backup file folder where you would like to save your backup file.
