These days we are brimming with contacts; business, personal ones, clients and so many more. It’s hard to maintain the large number of contacts altogether and finding a particular often turns out to be a hassle. The phonebook makes it a simple to maintain task that is free from the cumbersome routine many of us follow.
The Advanced Phonebook may take a little time for getting downloaded but the installation is smooth. The screen gives a decent look. Add the contacts according to the categories and even you can edit them. A window appears and you have to fill in all the required information. The contacts appear listed on the screen; you can arrange the contacts by name, company, state, etc. On the lower part of the screen the contact card shows the details about the selected contact. The ‘Categories’ toolbar appears on the right side including business, personal and others containing different subcategories. You can list the contact as your favorites. The statistics show the letters and the contacts. You can change the access mode to be full access or read only access. Set the mode to be normal and advanced. The properties of the categories and contacts can be changed. Select the toolbar and panes options according to your requirement. Select the favorites or you can even create your own. Search option is also there to find the contacts; a window appears, fill in the information and make the search. The list of the matched contacts appears on the screen. Make the report of all the contacts in html or CSV format. Give a title to your report along with a comment and select the columns. Choose the sorting of the contact in the reports by full name, company and the settings can be saved. The look of the program can be modified by selecting the preferences. Change the themes, window settings, interface elements, etc.
The help book shows the requirements and gives the knowledge about the program for operating it. Bring it and forget about the worries of managing the bulk of contacts.
