Pros: This application provides quite a collection of personal information related items-fourteen of them, in fact. These are Agenda, anniversary dates tracker, Contact management, Calculator, basic inventory management, a business card file, measurements converter, notes, a loan calculator, a budget and account modules.
Same easy to use interface and a editor is available across the modules. Most information that is of importance to you are available at a single place-generally useful.
Cons: I am not too sure many would want exactly the same combination of information. Besides, because so many kinds of information are combined there is not enough things being done for each of these modules. In this day and age of a spreadsheet, there is not much of a need to a plain vanilla calculator.
Agenda, anniversary, task and memo are some things that are useful being available at one place. But then a contact management module should be able to take care of the anniversary schedule too. Agenda and task manager need not be two separate modules either. Most packages combine them often.
Card file can do with a scanner interface and export of data to the contact module. Measurement conversions look a little out of place, may be would have been useful combined with the calculator module. Inventory, account and loan modules too are not complete enough. For example the loan module would be really useful if one could track the payments made as well. Accounting module too is simplistic. Without encryption and further password protection, the passwords manager is of limited value.
While it is easy to use and fairly intuitive for what it does, the developers have added many functionalities that are not taken to their logical conclusions. Overall, thus this application rates a 3 star status only.
