With Free Address Book you can note the addresses, phone numbers, mobile, fax, company name, country, city, website address and email addresses of your contacts and partners easily. Adding a custom field to take care of your specific needs is quite simple. Images can be added to contact details which makes it easy to place a person you may have met a while back. Searching out a contact detail from a sizeable database could be a problem unless the program is organized well. This program does support efficient search. Printing out the relevant details of your contact list is available. Customizing of print settings is possible. It is possible to attach a custom field to the details you record in the database. Data can be imported or exported from the database in CSV format.

Data entry screens show the data in tabular form. Each selected record is shown in detail on the right part of the screen including any, image if any. Contact details editor presents all the data in corresponding text boxes so that editing of each field is easily editable. The edit screen for custom fields is presented separately for ease of editing. Import, export screens of the program lets you set up the correspondence of the source and destinations records and specific fields. Settings for back up, restore, setting of custom fields and import/export set ups are done through another screen. Settings for printing are also easily done through another screen and are selected through ticking of check boxes. Printing of lists is made easy through the settings page that lets you select only the fields that you need. The biggest feature, of course, is that it is free.
