CD Secretary 2008 opens with a folder tree on the left pane, and the list or the image preview is displayed on the right. The expandable folder tree makes it easy to access various directories to get the desired files. You can store the selected folder, disks, etc in the ‘Favorites’. When you select any particular drive or disk you would be shown the containing folders in the bottom left panel. Click on any folder and the containing files are shown on the right. You can even search the images, or other files with the help of the keywords or the given ‘Search’ option. It consists of different thumbnail and standard styles for the file view. The program provides the text editor features and supports storing long description about any of your file. It even supports multi-users for the businesses. The information relating to the file such as Version, EXIF info, Tag info, etc is also stored with the program. Add exclusive covers to the catalogs, etc and the information relating to the CD can be exported in text file. The Settings and other advanced features can be modified as per your preferences.
