GraphicsGale is an animation editor with real-time preview, multi-layer, and alpha-channel. The program supports color formats (1, 4, 8, 15, 16, and 24 bits) and file formats (GIF, BMP, JPEG, PNG, and AVI). It's possible to export all frames as multiple files or a combined image.
