Photo Frame Master is a free photo enhancement tool. Its key feature is a huge set of various frames, which can be added to pictures to make them more original and impressive.

There is a collection of masks and clip art also to add to the enhancement that you want with the photographs. The WYSIWIG editor that`s built in helps you see the effect you are going to get with the photographs so that you are sure of what the final product will be. The editor also provides basic photo editing capabilities too. These include brightness and color enhancements and flip, rotate and crop like useful basic operations.

The interface is simple. it is built on the styles of the MS Outlook interface that most people will be familiar with. Even novices would be able to get productive quite easily. This interface reveals the collection of frames, masks and clip arts that you can use. Frames are categorized and each category has a collection of frames. Controls are provided that help you choose these. These are shown on the left pane while the large area on the right shows what is happening with the photo as you apply the frame, mask and the clip arts. Many levels or undo and redo lets you get back on track even when you make a mistake or do not like the final effect produced.
