It has a full featured message editor for this purpose and it will let you manage attachments too. To add to the mail list creation features this application has a built-in e-mail address verifier. You are able to verify the addresses collected are valid at mailing time. The group e-mailer also has a built-in Email address collector module, with this Mail Collector, you can easily extract email addresses from various web pages and save them to the mailing list.
It has a built-in SMTP server. You do not need to go through ISP`s server and thus be subject to and limits imposed by them. When mailing it uses multi-threading so that for large scale mailing it can scale up in performance. The group mailing software delivers email without using any other servers. That means the message is not logged or stored on any servers other than the receiving one and is available only to the recipient. You can control the entire mailing process. You can stop and resume mailing at any moment without having to reload the message and the mailing list. You can configure this Group Emailer to imitate many popular mailers, such as Outlook. You can also personalize messages using macros.
Overall: A good heavy duty mailer. It is easy to use too. However one should be aware of spam issues and be absolutely careful.
