Sort Photos easily with PhotoSorter. With this Photo Sorter all your photos will be sorted, photos will be organized and renamed automatically.
Pros: This application organizes a photo collection; sorts it out, organizes and renames the photos automatically through a set of wizards. No two persons like to sort their collection the same way. It’ll do the sort exactly the way you have chosen and do it quickly. The application provides 1200 alternative ways to choose from. The methods could be based on dates, by time, by year, size, dimensions, camera model, city and so on. Just setting up the wizard is all it takes and the wizard has user-friendly interface. Actual sorting is automatic thereafter. The application will take you through the configuration steps necessary and that includes the way the photos are to be sorted. The application is able to handle a very wide range of image formats including JPEG, JPG, PNG, GIF, BIN and 600 or more of other formats. Along with images this program can handle sorting of mp3 music, movies and even documents. It’ll remove duplicates too while sorting things.
Image and media pre-viewers are available that lets you see the images and media files respectively. If source and destination directories have been chosen correctly processing will start. First, Photo Sorter will search all files in the source directory and all it`s child directories. The source directory may contain several hundreds, or even several millions of files. To view, what is happening while files processing and manipulate with incoming files, real-time information page provides the log information. By default, all processed files will be moved or copied to Photo Sorter Database directory.
Cons: No apparent problems with this one.
Overall: This application is feature rich, easy to use and almost automatic. It is good for at least a 4 star rating.
